Not only did Collective Soul fill the Rock with their classic tracks such as Where the River Flows and Heavy, but they still managed to bring their Collective energy along with their rockin’ displays of guitar solos and vocals. They prove once again why they’ve consistently been so popular all these years.
The Monsters have always had a loyal fan base here in their home state. These Colorado guys have been busy again creating a new album that’s soon to be released. They opened their show featuring some of their new music such as Roomful of Mirrors and Wings while blending in some of their classic tunes.
Roomful of Mirrors
Please Don’t Tell Her
Sit & Cry
The Damaged One
Broken Hearted Savior
Encore: New World Arisen
One of the highlights of the night was a performance by Denver’s very talented Hazel Miller. She came to stage singing Rocksteady with Todd and featured another Marvin Gaye classic, Lets Get It On.
An incredible moonrise was the backdrop to this amazing venue welcoming the Monsters back home. The fans seemed to soak up another amazing performance by The Monsters, while looking forward to the new album, and seeing them again next summer back at the Rock.
